Deliveries

Your final delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process and is dependent on a number of factors including your location, order value and the type of products ordered.

The following page provides information on the different delivery options that we offer:

  • We offer a free Click & Collect service to our Liverpool branch
  • We ship all across the UK
  • Our UK delivery for eligible products usually takes 10 working days (Mon-Fri) from date of order
  • Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item
  • Products sent by Parcel Force may require a signatory on delivery

24 Hour Express Tracked Parcel Force

Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Saturday 7.30am-6pm, excluding public holidays. Usually delivered within 1 working day.
  • £5.00 for large grave markers
  • £5.00 for small grave markers

Returns & Exchanges

Before returning any item please contact us on 07971834692 or email returns@mkgravevases.co.uk for instructions on how to return your item.

We regret that we cannot accept the return of customised goods unless they are damaged or defective, or different than the specification submitted.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, incorrect in quantity, or different than the specification submitted in the original order transaction, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.

We will on such receipt investigate the circumstances and immediately advise recoverable course of action.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damages or expenses howsoever ensuing as a result of late or failure of delivery.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods and services ordered.

If you have any complaint, or customer service issue, you should submit the same to us at the contact address.

If you are returning any item, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
